Will never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone! They did a complete master bathroom remodel on our house in 2019. Fast forward 2 years and we have water leaking from the bathroom through the ceiling into our living room. After having a plumber out, he found out that everything is fine mechanically, however, the tub is leaking where the sealant is and the shower is leaking because the grout has completely worn away. I called Elite and explained the situation. The lady who answered agreed that this should not be happening after only 2 yrs. She said she would let Randy know and

We used Elite Floors for new paint, new floors/carpet, and a remodel job. Randy did a great job with the time and cost estimates (they were on time and on budget). Emmanuel, Thomas, and Christian did an outstanding job with the painting, flooring, and carpentry. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We hired Elite Floors last month to remove carpet and tile on almost the whole first floor and install luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards. Overall, it was a good experience. The project was completed on time and the crew cleaned up well each day. My husband had a couple of small concerns at the end and both were addeessed and fixed promptly. We absolutely love our flooring!

Randy contracted my job to sand and refinish my cabinets. His price was reasonable and the contractor was kind and courteous. I'm completely satisfied. The job was done in a few days just as agreed. Also, the flooring that Randy recommended called Earthwerks Luxury vinyl laminate is a great product especially with large dogs. I'm considering my carpet purchase in the next few weeks. Excellent pricing on Mohawk carpet with pad backing easy to install and no stretching. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone considering a remodel.

If you expect communication and follow through from a contractor do NOT call these people. They did not communicate with me and installed their choice of base which was not something I chose. When the job was completed by their contractors they didn't even come out to check the job or see if I was happy. Randy called a week later looking for money and when I told him what happened he argued with me. Said ALL of his customers call him to give him money. Then the other guy there lied and said he had called us because Randy put him on the spot. Crappy crappy customer service. Will NOT

Hired this company for dustless tile removal. This is a big job that I started and realized I didn’t have the proper equipment for. These guys did an excellent job! Plastic and taped rooms off and all kitchen cabinets. They did the whole job in a couple hours and when they finished I swept the floor and didn’t hardly get anything up with the broom. (They clean up well!! Overall very impressed! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I honestly cannot recommend this business to anyone! It was a completely horrible experience dealing with this place!!! When we paid for our flooring and installation we were told it would only take 2 days to complete the install. It took a week and a half to get this done. We purchased wood flooring and scheduled the install to begin on a Saturday. They called us the day before the install, which was Friday, after 4pm and left a message stating it would be best for them to drop off the flooring a day early so the wood can get "acclimated" to our house. When Randy (the boss) first came to my house for a quote to install bathroom tile, I thought he was nice enough. They did get us scheduled in quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Let me just say I loved Thomas and his crew who came out to actually do the work. However, after they were done with the job, it was very clear that the layout had not been thought out beforehand. Carrera white marble tile is what we had installed, and it was very clear that they did not alternate which box they took the tiles from when installing; they simply used up one box and then moved on to the next.
