Alex and team are my 'go to' contractors. I am always impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I've had work done by them on numerous occasions and it is always been a pleasure. My wife and I hired Up Remodeling to perform a significant renovation in our house that took multiple weeks to complete. I needed some work done on my new home (July 2017) before we moved in from out of state. Before the big move, I would only be in town a few days across multiple weeks but Alex met me at my home and on my schedule. You said that i should get someone else because you were busy only after repeatedly stating you would call my tenant but you never did. You twice said you would call him that day. He was waiting for you call on both days. You inconvenienced him as he was waiting to hear from you so you could fix the shower that was not working. It made me look like a negligent landlord too. You strung me along for a week. Now I had to start over with an new handyman, He actually followed through as he said he would. His word means something. Apparently, your word does not. Stop making excuses and

Was so pleased with the job that Alex and company did. They were super easy to work with, reasonable, and were beyond considerate with making sure the house was clean after they were done each day (we have an infant). I honestly can't find one thing negative to say about these guys. Lucky to have found them and would recommend them without a doubt to friends, family, or anyone in the Yelp Community. My experience with Aleksandar and his company has been terrific. We started with a very small project in our home, which he completed perfectly. He then built a tree house for our sons (which consists of both a structure with a roof and a door and a trapdoor as well as a deck area), and it has become the hit of the neighborhood! He has done another project in the house with his usual speed and precision. We would highly recommend Up Remodeling for projects both small and large.

I initially used Up Remodeling to fix a water problem in our basement as well as doing an assortment of odd jobs. They identified a solution for the water problem and were very competitive in price with other businesses we also consulted with. They were efficient in their work and cleaned up after themselves. I was referred to UpRemodeling by my realtor/property manager, so I had high expectations. They did not disappoint at all. They always came on time, or early, which I appreciated. They always left my house clean and dust free each day. They were polite and professional. The closets they built were well constructed and beautiful. The closets look like they were part of the original house. They also repaired a stone floor, did interior painting, fixed a pocket door and several other minor jobs quickly and to my satisfaction. They were patient and accommodating with my frequent job changes.

Up Remodeling and Alex did several projects for me, every time project was completed in a timely manner and with a "can do" attitude. Just to mention some,they did custom shelves for me and installed back door with frame in my house, did drywall hanging , painting and fixed deck .Alex is very neat and polite , great with pets and kids which is a huge plus .Do not hesitate to call Up Remodeling for any home improvement needs , highly recommended-:).
