This was for a casita remodel. The problems with this company would be too long for a review. I will just say I have been involved with a lot of construction, including a 4000 sq foot restaurant. This was a 650 sq ft remodel and was the WORST experience of my life. Truly. The frustration was unbelievable. In that entire time of 10 months I never met the owners once, not once. Feel free to PM me on messenger if you want details. They have nothing but a 1 star on YELP as well. Wish I'd seen that first.

The overall experience was disappointing from the beginning. The lady who originally stopped by to quote us didn't effectively communicate with the gentleman who took over. After we found out she wouldn't be returning, we kept getting told, "we're on the same page, no need to worry." As it turns out, we weren't on the same page at all because multiple aspects of the project were misunderstood. We were told to pick out materials that TiBuild would then purchase for us (sink, backsplash, grout, faucet), only to find out weeks later they hadn't been ordered and

It takes a lot for me to leave someone a bad review, but with that said - we had the most terrible experience with TiBuild. An employee quoted out our kitchen remodel and provided a start date. We provided 50% of the cost as the down payment. We then had a terrible time getting a hold of anyone. Finally, a contractor was sent out and told us the original lady was fired for doing a terrible job on quoting. He assured us he had this under control, and due to a few changes with our island, we would actually come in under budget most likely. Fast forward to the start date...no one shows up. No one

Horrible experience. Should have filed complaints with the ROC and BBB months ago. The work they have completed is awful, and 14 kitchen cabinets are taking 4 months to be delivered, and I'm still not convinced the correct ones will be delivered. Requested an itemized list and was sent an invoice with SKU #'s. I have been dealing with this company for months, 3 stages of remodeling and nothing has gone well. They requested 50% of the cabinet purchase order back on 8/1, wrong cabinets were finally delivered on 9/25, and by the contract I had to give them another installment, even though

We had damage to our home caused by a hail storm and hired TI Build to do the repairs and install a new shower stall. Never have we had such s terrible experience with a renovation! The work was: filthy, poorly constructed and the people were rude, insulting and careless. We know several other people who used TI and had similar experiences.
