I went there sometime ago and I was looking for a Honda and they had a white Ferrari California inside the showroom one of the dealers came up to me and we were talking about the Ferrari I said it was a nice car but I was looking for a Honda, so I went out the door and I was looking around and what they had on hand I saw a car I liked so I went to go back into the building and they had locked the doors to the showroom and wouldn't let me in , never going back there

I'd never recommend or go there again. I purchased a vehicle October 2021 after some back & forth from who I believed to be my sales rep Brian. When I arrived at dealership to sign paperwork I find out someone other than Brian was texting me, and never heard or saw him again. Then another sales rep Daisy assisted with the closing, she was kind & explained things to the best of her knowledge. It was explained to me that extended warranty was purchased, which of course is always a plus. Although to this day have not received any documentation on warranty. This Honda is the ABSOLUTE best Honda I ever been to. I relocated from Florida to Texas and never ever at any company have I been treated with utmost respect! The service department has really got it together and isn’t after a dollar. Amy in the service department has this service department on top notch and the techs are even polite and informative as well. Sales wise rijuu is the best salesperson but there are some rocky areas in the sales department team that needs to be addressed but overall my experience was excellent. But if Amy leaves the service department I will leave as well. Amy needs

Car buying experience was ok until I got to the Finance Person. I was there from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. He proceded to tell me what I needed in the way of Service Contracts and such. He told me I didn't need Gap Insurance. He told me I needed Road Hazard for almost 800.00. He didn't go over the amounts of the contract. Tired and hungry, I signed the contract. (I'm still kicking myself for doing that. I'm smarter then that!). After reviewing the contract the next day I notice other items on there. Paintless Dent for 700.00. I had to google to find out what that was. I researched and found out

Friendly salesman, good benefits like service, not honest though.
I shook hands and signed for a price and monthly payment amount, and after a couple weeks I get a letter saying my monthly payment would be 40 dollars a month more than I shook and signed for. I called and was offered no recourse. Will not buy from again, will not recommend.

Purchased my car here in May of 2020. Was sold an “extended warranty” and “service package.” Went to the dealership the day after I purchased my car and cancelled the extended warranty in writing, as I was told I could. Several months went by, and I still had not been reimbursed for the extended warranty. Had to call the extended warranty company and wait on hold for a very long time, only to be told they had no record of the cancellation. Went in for a headlight restoration and left with a $1355.12 bill which they refuse to match. Will only apply $400 to their damages, I
l'll handle it.....stay away...incompetent group!
As of today (11/116/2020) Dealer added comments to reflect a $400 payment for the correction to claybar my truck (which is abrasive by the way). I took my truck to an actual Honda Dealer in Tomball TX. They referred me to their body shop where I got the estimate of $1355.12 to restore my truck back to it's original state. I'm not trying to charge 4 times the amount to correct THEIR error, I'm trying to get my truck
