I am a reasonable person. But I have never experienced anything like this. I live in UES Prewar 7 room. My initial interaction with KBR was good. Rob the sales person was attentive. Michelle the designer was helpful coming up with a scheme for my two bathrooms. I met George who was supposed to be my project manager. After a month of delays (which is not unreasonable in this Covid era) we finally 'start' construction. The first day Matthew is there and he is my project manager. George has gone to Poland. Okay. Warning!! This construction company was awful to work with. They have poor communication, poor customer service skills and a lack of enthusiasm for the project. They made many mistakes in the bathrooms that we had renovated in Manhattan. The way they dealt with my client and myself was shocking. We have since had to bring in another contractor to correct their mistakes. Be warned. This is not a construction company you want to get involved with.

Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are the worst contractors I have ever worked with. Everything was done incorrectly and poorly and is falling apart. The measurements were wrong, damaged appliances were installed, incorrect cabinets were installed, the project was "completed" 8 months after they said it would be, everything cost between 3-5 times more than what they told us it would cost in their quote, we were blamed for every mistake, there was no professionalism, no reliability, shoddy work - I could go on and on but you get the picture. Company was great and the designer and project manager were superb. Great to work with throughout the project. Never pushy. Suggested great ideas and were professional at all times. This was a horrendous experience for us from start to finish - the worst customer service experience we've ever had. We strongly recommend enough that you stay away from KBR. We had a relatively simple job - redoing a very small bathroom and a medium-sized kitchen in a high-rise apartment building - and they managed to turn it into what felt like an endless, stressful ordeal.

KBR is an untrustworthy company that provides unfinished work. First is the complete lack of professionalism. I can not count how many meetings Yosi missed, forcing me to continuously take off from work. In order to complete the job I had to take off 3 days of work to make sure the job got done. Even having to complete some of the work myself. On the final day of of work the contractor refused to dispose of the 10 bags of construction waste. I in turn had to take the bags myself to the dump.

Just dont do it. They provided a quote that was much less than any other contractor - which should have been a red flag. Some highlights of a terrible experience include: incorrect installation of a backflow toilet causing waste to back into the toilet. After not using bathroom for 3 days we were able to convince KBR that the toilet didn't just need cleaning. KBR owner came out with a real plumber (overheard owner say "this is what you get when you use a licensed plumber"). Had to redo entire toilet installation. Lucky we caught problem before making final payment. We were not so

One star is for the on-site project guys. They were quick and are good at what they do. Tom, Margo and on-site project guys were easy to work with.

KBR recently remodeled my upper east side apartment kitchen and bathroom, and I must say it came out 10x better than I ever thought imaginable. The attention to detail that both Yosi and Amanda provide is second to none, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to update their living space. Throughout the entire project, KBR kept me in the loop, did not interfere with me being able to use my apartment while they did their work, and they even finished a week ahead of schedule.

We couldn't be happier with the work done for us by KBR. Amanda created a beautiful kitchen for our new home and was a pleasure to work with from the start. KBR's staff genuinely cared about our ideas and likes and dislikes, unlike another design company that had earlier presented us with a take-it-or-leave-it plan. All the work was done by true professionals with minimal disruption to our lives. It was wonderful to work with them and we will consider them again in our future! KBR had come recommended to me by a friend who recently had her bathroom renovated. I needed the layout changed on my kitchen and some things updated. My experience working with the KBR team was very pleasant and MUCH faster than I had expected. Within a few weeks we had come up with a plan and got construction completed. After living in my apartment for the past 6 years my mother & I decided we needed to upgrade the kitchen. We wanted to be able to have a clean modern kitchen, as opposed to our very outdated one. KBR was recommended to us by one of my good friend-as well as, and Adi & Amanda and we could not be happier with what they did. They took the time to go through everything with us to find the perfect style that we envisioned. They really take their clients ideas into consideration, which many companies don't exactly do.

KBR remodeled our kitchen and both our bathrooms of our townhouse. We chose KBR because they have a great reputation for getting the job done right and on time. They handled the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for all the projects. The designs do speak for themselves. We loved working with Sarah and Yosi! The designs were to our liking and have made our living space more usable and beautiful than it ever was before.

What a wonderful team. Yosi, Adi & their designers were amazing to work with. My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and they made the entire process fun from the first initial phone call. It’s very tough to find the right team that you can fully put your trust in, but they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We managed to come in under budget without sacrificing on style or quality, the end results are amazing so we are very happy.
