I interviewed a few companies before choosing A to Z Renovations NYC. They had the most knowledge and experience out of the one I spoke with. We were renovating a historical home, and our architect planned to keep some historical features within a modern design. Mike and his team were able to custom design/build casings, rebuild the roof, and the fireplace so that it kept its original characteristics. My favorite is the vanishing edge pool and the kitchen. I wanted to do a tech update and remodel to my home in New York Area. The home was a bit outdated for my style. The A to Z Renovations NYC team was able to handle everything. I had a designer that I wanted to use, but they didn't pan out, and A to Z Renovations NYC hooked me up with another designer who did an amazing job. Absolute rip off! The company must be paying people to write positive reviews. I called for a quote on a small co-op bathroom remodel and they quoted me 25k for labor and supplies. Seriously? I ended up paying 12k for labor and supplies. Nothing special this company is doing for 25k. I work on Wall Street and if these guys are charging 25k for a two-week job, I am in the wrong racket.

We recently used A to Z renovations to completely gut renovate our bathroom. We had spoken with numerous contractors but once we met with David we were sold by his professionalism and responsiveness. Mike and the crew did meticulous work while also being mindful of our personal space (as my husband and I were working from home during this entire process). When any issue arose David was always there to explain our options right away and we never felt pressured into making decisions. I used A to Z Renovations NYC to remodel the entire upper level of my house. This was a fairly large undertaking which included a total remodel of the bathroom, kitchen, flooring and paint . I was so impressed with my project manager, David. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and made sure things were done correctly. I did a full kitchen reno and I couldn't be happier with the results and the process. David was my main point of contact and Mike was my main contractor. David was very communicative, worked with getting me the best results in my budget, and was always available for questions or advice. I had A-Z Renovations do a total gut renovation on my 100 year old Brownstone kitchen. They did a fabulous job. The outcome definitely exceeded my expectations and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I was 100% comfortable with the workers who had previously done a smaller job for me. I'm weird about having workers in my home but they were very professional. I won't lie, A-Z in not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Appreciated the great communication David had. I couldn't be at the property to show him all the repairs needed and it took a lot of coordination to make sure all the tenants would be home in order for him to see the issues and to repair them. He took it upon himself to schedule everything with the tenants which saved me a ton of back and forth. There was a little mix up with one tenant but a quick call to David and he straightened it out. He sent videos of all the issues so I could see what was going on. Him and his guys troubleshooted all the leaks that were happening from the top floor

We choose A to Z Renovations for our bathroom renovation and to have our apartment completely repainted and we were very happy with the results. We didn't fully gut the bathroom because we wanted to keep our tiles and bathtub but the work done to fix our water damaged wall as well as replace our vanity, mirror, light and toilet was excellent. We had a very difficult time finding a toilet that would fit in our bathroom because we needed a back outlet toilet that would fit in our small bathroom but David made sure to send his plumber in to measure the area and personally took the time to make

We can't recommend A to Z renovations enough! David has been so helpful and responsive to our questions. Their team even came back to fix a plumbing leak long after the warranty for the work was expired over Thanksgiving week at no charge! They are a very professional and service-oriented company. After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on A To Z renovations for my bathroom renovation project. I am so glad I went with A to Z Renovations for my closet renovation. Shevy, the office manager, was extremely responsive and easy to speak with. I inquired through their website, attached a video of my closet space, and she ACTUALLY watched it -- unlike most contractors I've worked with. Most contractors wouldn't even read my project description or arrive at my unit completely unaware of what they're doing, which, I understand, they're too busy, etc. but still. It was nice not having to repeat myself 500 times to 12 different people before they finally understood my project

I had such a positive experience with A to Z Renovations. I was referred to them when I needed to have my new apartment's extremely outdated bathroom and kitchen remodeled. We contacted A to Z Renovations for our full condo renovations. They have a tremendous staff that works diligently to provide excellent customer service for their clients.
The girls in the office Shevi & Toby were super on handling the entire process with my Coop. Charly the project manager was on top of the entire project from start to end.

I needed assistance on the ceiling of my friend's bathroom. The plaster was falling on the floor and there were leaks from the apartment above. Afraid the ceiling was going to collapse we came across this company and read all the positive reviews.

Needless to say that as a landlord in Brooklyn, you get your fair share of duds. When our basement became vacant we hadn't been down there in a while. There were gaping holes in the walls and the previous tenant had a dog with a penchant for scratching doors and door panels.
