There were a few glitches in the beginning some of the pieces did not come and could not get a response via phone at first they finally came through and delivered the missing pieces the guys that performed the remodel were excellence they did a very good job they stayed until the end until we got the bathroom installed. The installers were professional and even cleaned up the area before they left. The installer did return the next morning and delivered the missing item. I would use them again the bathroom looks amazing.

So to start I just wanted an estimate on my bathroom remodel, well 5 minutes in and Andy had me sold he just didn’t know it yet. Needless to say he made the entire process flawless and made me confident in making the right choice. Hands down the right man for this job. 10/10 would do it again and highly recommend them to anyone else!

I had both showers replaced. Kurt and Will were such a fabulous, professional team. Every detail was impeccably implemented! I was somewhat concerned since my sales experience with Dylan was not good. The strength of the company, the product, and the reviews led me to continue with the contract.

Many many issues throughout the entire experience with ongoing quality issues to this day. We had windows and siding replaced by Colorado Living and from the beginning getting a response from anyone about the install date was impossible. I called and email for weeks with the receptionist always saying someone would call me back but no one ever did. One day I get a call that they are on site asking where I was and this house is a rental 2.5 hours away from us so I had to drive down there immediately because we had to get doors installed before they did the siding which I why I was so adamant about

We set up our initial appointment with the group on 6/10/21 and decided to move forward with the install for our shower. They did advise us they it would likely be August before we were contacted for the service itself and that it would take roughly 1 day total to install.
It took a bit longer than August overall and we had the opportunity to set up our appointment for September (we did pick a date about 5 days later than they offered us for our own reasons). I did call in and ask for updates several times and Wendy provided prompt responses every time.

Kurt and Melissa were terrific. Will worked really hard removing tile and learning the trade. Melissa and Kurt did a great job explaining the process before they started and what to expect. They alleviated any fears or concerns I had and my shower came out beautiful! Very impressed. I think Melissa would make a great sales person!! She reads the customer really well!

We replaced the tub/shower in two bathrooms. The entire team from sales to tracking and scheduling and then installation did a great job. Good product, fair price, good communication and excellent install. The install team communicated well and frequently, were on time, polite, professional, did a wonderful job and left the bathrooms cleaner than they found it. They were considerate of the neighbors and cleaned up after their outside work. Highly recommended.

We had Charles and his son Charlie come over to work on our shower installation. They were very professional and friendly. They kept me updated at all times and made sure I was able to see the progress. I’d definitely recommend them for installation. I’m sure all installers are amazing. I’m very satisfied with the outcome of their services and would highly recommend them.
