Bryan's Home Repair started business in Colorado Springs in 1996. I have been in the construction and maintenance field in one way or the other for over 35 years. I did my first kitchen remodel when I was in the 8th grade. I attended Windham Regional Vocational Technical School and graduated number one in the class.
As a rule I don't paint, I will paint small sheetrock patch that I do, if you have the paint. I can charge you either by the job or by the hour. Through, anyone who gives you a fixed price for a job has thought the job throw and then added a contingent to that job, just in case they run into something unexpected.

I own a vacation rental property in Colorado Springs. It is incredibly important to me that the property is in tip top shape all the time. Bryan Hirtle is the first person I call whenever I have a maintenance or repair issue. He is responsive, honest, thorough, and really really good at his job.
