Doug's Bug solved our longtime and persistent ant problem! This is a long overdue review as our first treatment was in the spring. We tried various consumer products but none of them worked permanently and we eventually had ants in almost all of our rooms. We asked Doug/Victor to try just an external treatment first. Unfortunately it wasn't enough (not their fault) but Victor came out a second time to treat the inside of our house (along floorboards/walls) and that did the trick. Doug came to our home several times before we had our home tented for termites. He was responsive and answered all our questions. The tenting crew was very friendly, addressed all our concerns with our outside plants and did an excellent job taking it down.
Doug personally came by afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. From start to finish Doug was very proactive. We highly recommend him.

I love supporting this local company. Doug, the owner did the initial visit and the 2nd visit was done by Victor. They both took their time taking care of spider webs and spraying the exterior of my house. Like Doug advised, there were tons of crickets dropping all over the place after the first visit. I have noticed far less bugs in general since the first visit and far less dead and dying bugs lying around after the 2nd so I think they did a great job. They are friendly and on time. The lady they have that answers the phone is so pleasant and helpful as well. A great company to have for

I recently used Doug's Bug Co for termite fumigation. Doug's price was on par with another company that had been recommended but his communication was superior so I chose his service. Unfortunately his crew tracked dirt in the house and clogged the toilet. Had to plunge and vacuum after they were finished.

I have been using doug's bug company for 3 years now. They are friendly and reliable. We had a ant, spider, and cockroach problem when they started and it resolved completely within the first couple outdoor treatments. Even though indoor treatments are available we have had so much success with the outdoor treatment we have mot needed anything indoors. The rate is also amazing. A couple months ago I was offered a "deal" from another company that was $20 more a treatment. Doug and his team do a great job. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Doug's Bug exterminator service for at least 2 years. I originally contacted him to rid my 100 year old home of ants that were coming up through the cracks in the floor boards. I haven't have an ant since!

So glad I found dougs bug company. They’re always reachable and super easy to schedule with. The staff is very polite and when they do the service they not only do they spray any areas you request but they remove all the cobwebs. I also like how when they’re done they send you the service details telling you exactly what they did and used.
