Tried to write a review but it was actually too long so I’ll just stick with the main points.
-Scott lied in our very first conversation and stated he had liability insurance which he did not and that’s illegal
-Scott’s team was late/didn’t show up multiple times in the move
-workers weren’t workers/professional they were called up last min
-Scott tried to overcharge me
-Scott’s employee took his money and fled
Don’t hire Scott..
Still had to rent a 26’ uhual and finish the job

I am going to give Scott’s two stars. One star per mover. I won’t sit here and trash talk them because I will hire them in he near future. I would hire them for another job regardless of them being late and regardless of them breaking my bedroom mirror. The moving crew was very nice and they did a very great job (despite the broken mirror). The owner needs some slight training in customer service but overall he turned out to be a pretty decent older gentlemen. They were an hour and fifteen minutes late, and they did shatter my mirror as they were moving my items, but I would hire them again

Scott’s team did an excellent job with my move. He sent the two men I requested for, informed me when they were running behind by 15-20 mins and they got to work right away. They managed to load 2 relocubes in under 2 hours, wasted no time and used every nook and corner. Highly recommended if you need moving labor and services. They did not nickel and dime and were transparent and reliable. Do support them if you need moving help!!!
