A.C. Esterly, AIA, founded the firm in 1947 and practiced with his associates until 1985 when Craig A. Schneider became managing partner and the present firm of Esterly Schneider & Associates was incorporated.
In 2014, Melissa A. Higbie, Thomas A. Lundberg, and Timothy M. Guillot became partners in the firm, each bringing invaluable experience. With the partner's guidance, the firm continues to follow the tradition of excellence begun in 1947, as Esterly Schneider serves communities nationwide by providing architectural leadership in projects encompassing the educational, medical, commercial, governmental, industrial and financial fields.
