Burrell Behavioral Health's existing building was previously home to a private institute of higher education for behavioral health sciences. Architects help design the future. Hood-Rich Architecture was established in 1963 and is located in downtown Springfield, Missouri. Through the years, Hood-Rich has been privileged to employ a number of the highest quality professionals who have been instrumental in our success. Jack Hood is one of the founding member of Hood-Rich. His legacy inspires the new leadership and his presence is a reminder that hard work and dedication to core values will lead to success.
Hood-Rich is a great place to work. We have an incredible work environment with an amazing view of downtown Springfield, a talented team of architects and designers that are passionate about what they do and most of all, we know how to have fun. We have barbecues in the park, office parties, birthday lunches and even play Ping Pong in our office to relieve stress.

We have had a very positive experience working with Billy Kimmons at Hood-Rich. From the get-go, Billy was very engaged in building our project, Hometown Veterinary Hospital. He brought lots of new design ideas, very thoughtful of how customers would need to move throughout the building and was always there to listen about our industry needs. Billy is very passionate about his career, you get that feeling from the start. He was a great asset to our team. I strongly recommend him at Hood-Rich Architecture.
