Bought a premium floor mat for my computer chair to protect my high pile carpet. When I received the package I was kind of surprised to see how small the studs were for the premium selection. After only 2 days of usage, the wheels of my chair had indented the mat and I could not move the chair around, anytime I would move the chair it would roll back into the indents. For the price of the premium mat this is an extreme disappointment as some corners do not even sit on flush to the ground now do to the indents. Do not recommend this company to anyone with medium to high pile carpets. Their mats

Building a home gym in our garage and just purchased interlocking mats for a 10x18 garage bay. They are great - really well made and they do not budge. They help define the space, absorb sound and keep us off the concrete floor. The salesperson at American Floor Mats was helpful and the mats were delivered right into our garage. Assembling the floor was a sweaty, two-person effort but SOOO worth it. We love how these mats elevated the space for us. Thank you!

This is not a product review, but a service review. I ordered 2 rugs, not customized, standard size within their offerings, on January 4th. It's January 28th and the rugs have yet to even ship. I reached out to support over a week ago on the status of my order and still no response.

I spend some time speaking with representatives before ordering my chair mat. I was assured this would work as intended. I purchased the 46"x60" Premium Chair Mat for Carpet. I followed instructions, unrolled after it warmed up, left sit flat for a week per the instructions given over the phone telling me it would "harden". It never hardened. In fact after sitting on it for 15 minutes the divets were so deep you could not move the chair. I sent pics on Dec. 7 and we are still going back and forth. I will not pay a 25% restock fee for receiving a product that will not work as intended. If I do not

I just received these last week....and I'm a first time user for AFM LLC. They seem of good quality. Def better than what is available at Lowe's or HD. My complaint is....one of my 4' x 6' mats is not cut properly on the edge. See photos. The one side came with a long string of matting hanging off. I cut it off w/ scissors but it still looks bad. I expected better quality. The mats are really scritchy and not at all comfy to walk on, but I spose that's the idea...so it scrapes debris off.

Mats look and feel great. This is a new install so I’ll see how it holds up over time and update this if I have any problems.
Definitely install 1 edge first and do your best to get it straight because the last few can be difficult to hammer into place if you didn’t do a good job initially.
I was a little concerned with potential smell but it’s fine, just air out the installation location and it isn’t very noticeable. Maybe don’t install in the winter with all your windows closed though.

I purchased two rugs for our company from American Floor Mats and was thoroughly impressed by the quality when I received them in the mail. The rugs are clearly very durable and I am thrilled with the quality of our logo. When I originally received the rugs I wasn't very happy with the way the color turned out. I contacted Nate and he quickly resolved the issue in a professional and expeditious manner. It can be difficult to deal with any company over the internet especially when you are ordering something custom. I would highly recommend American Floor Mats to anyone looking to add some customization
