Finance department isn't very good. I purchased my 4th Mercedes in November. It took multiple calls to get them to pay off my Lease (traded) at MBFS and it could have impacted my credit rating. Since November, I am still waiting for the warranty rebate due to me. Multiple calls about that as well and still nothing. Salesman Tony Campbell has never accepted a call from me since the day I purchased the SUV. My opinion at the time of sale was that everyone cared. Once they make the sale, they could care less about your needs or inquiry. All you get is empty promises.

Very unimpressed with the level of customer service. We pulled up into the lot, parked our vehicle and got out to look at cars. We looked around the used car lot at the Audis in stock. Not once did someone come out to help. There was a sales rep standing in the showroom looking out at us though. Definitely will not come back to this business.
