I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Classic. Cedric was my salesperson and he was great. We talked over the phone several days before the purchase and he never tried to pressure me into buying. He just gave me the information I was looking for and he was able to deliver. The whole crew at Classic made you feel comfortable during the process. I will definitely make my next purchase from Classic even though I'm not from the area.

I do understand the day of my appointment was a holiday, but to overbook with customers was very unprofessional to be. The man told me that they couldn't do anything about the overlooking, which I completely understand, but should the system not have caught this? It took over 2 hours for an oil change only. I asked if customers who had appointments get precedent and she started the vehicle were taken as we're logged in. I understand that may be a process, but you book an appointment to ensure you are served for your time slot.

I had my 2019 Buick Encore towed to the dealership. The girl in the service center did a excellent job of making sure that everything was taken care of. She told me that my battery needed to be replace and it was still under warranty. She also made sure that my oil was changed. I don’t remember her name but she worked very hard. Also I appreciate the guy that drove me to work. From my understanding, he drives the shuttle for the first half of the day and does car sales the other half. Also the service manager is outstanding. I think his name is Tony. They all do an excellent job in the service

Prior to this distasteful incident of trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I 0 hard inquires on Transunion and Equifax. They performed 6 hard inquires on Transunion and 6 hard inquires on Equifax on my credit report which has now decreased my credit score which in turn will make it difficult or even impossible to make a purchase at another dealership. My mother, who had excellent credit cosigned for me. They performed 6 hard inquires on her Transunion and 8 hard inquires on Equifax. I had to contact the dealership to tell them to stop performing inquiries on me as well as my mother

I would be very, very careful before considering buying a used vehicle from Classic GMC Buick in Montgomery, Alabama. The salesman was good, and the finance department was excellent, and that is where the good review ends. Their service department does not do a very good job of making sure that you are not purchasing a problem when they sell you a used car. I understand that used vehicles are sold as is, but I also expect a company that sells used vehicles to make an effort to not pass on pieces of junk.
