Matt joined his dad in the early 2000's working alongside him in the family construction and development company at the Lake of the Ozarks. During this time, Matt worked directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors to oversee projects from design thru completion. As the primary point of contact and designer on multiple projects, he led the day-to-day decisions and construction activities for over 10 years.
