Was a nice apartment but when I moved after 1 year they kept over $750 of my deposit. I did the final walk threw with the women and she only found 2 lights out and 2 blinds that need replaced. That is not $750. So just know if you rent from them don't count on getting back your deposit. Oh and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Im a clean person and I take care of things

If I could leave no stars I would. Just signed lease with then in July. The place was nasty and dirty. Not cleaned. There was mold everywhere. We ask them to fix the problems. They don’t. We have hundred of bugs even after they sprayed it. Also when it rained water came through the door knob and the cracks on door that we have complained about. Water was rushing in the living room. There are many brown recluse spiders. Many Beatles. Many Rollie pollies inside the house. Not only that, be prepared to have long grass. Because they hire people to cut it. There is no recording the database of ever renting to a Bree Palm so perhaps they are talking about a different company elsewhere or using a fake name which if legit, do not hide. We have relocated tenants to different rental units on the companies dime to get them out of a unit that they themselves have caused mold in due to their leaking washers...this because it is a health issue and damaging to our property, so never would we move someone into a rental with mold, therefore have no idea who this person is and what/where they are talking about.

Revelation is one of slumlandlords, in osage beach. Their magetters, Rachel and heathler think they are IN CHARGE of the tenants there, and you better do what they say, or they will kick you out and their attorney is good friends with Camden County Court judges.

Poorly built duplexesnin waynesville MO. If it rains hard enough the water goes right past the windows and floods inside. Dishwasher improperly I stalled, had to push the door to the right to close it. Refused to fix either issue. But what got me was the move out fees. Charged to clean after I had professional cleaners take care of it and they knew it. Charged for bulbs that were burnt out when I moved in and I had noted it on the move I sheet they have you fill out, which they apparently do not read, using people moving out to pad their costs. 100$ to rekey locks!? They have 50$ smart key locks
