First of all, every person I interacted with at Republic is top notch! Since this was a complete system replacement, Zack did a thorough evaluation of my system needs and gave us multiple options for new systems. There was no pressure to buy one over another, just completely answering questions on the different systems and worked with us to decide on the best option. Francisco and Christian did a great job on the installation, on top of being just super nice guys. Stacy in the office is always a joy to speak with. My old AC has had it. I know that. This young man, Louie Carpenter came in and gave it a thorough look. Gave me options and suggested alternatives. I was impressed and appreciative that he showed this Saturday. Thank you.
My inside unit needed some maintenance. Louie came in to ease my concerns on Saturday. I thank him for that. Again. These guys respond to my problems. That's a big deal.

I requested Republic Heating & Air conditioning maintenance service on 8/31, I am super impressed with Adam E. Service! This guy went beyond customer service expectations! I forgot that I was supposed to have a new filter for replacement. He took it upon himself to make the trip to Home Depot and purchase the filter, and here is the best part! Free of charge!! Kuddos to Republic & Adam for going literally the extra mile to please a customer! I highly recommend this company!!

My wife and I had our AC go out in the middle of the night. For a number of reasons, we couldn’t wait and needed to have this fixed urgently. Republic Heating & AC answered our call on a Sunday night and promptly dispatched Volley who was excellent. Volley was knowledgeable, communicative, respectful, and really helped us understand not only what, but why we had this issue. He had our AC repaired in no time and a plan in place for us to have a follow-up to ensure the system was running smoothly. 5 stars. Bravo, Republic Heating & AC!

My girlfriend air was not flowing properly in her home. I went by to check it out and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Reach out to Republic Heating and Air late (10:14) pm hoping to speak with someone. Thankfully Mr. Louie answered the phone and was a complete blessing. He listen to me ramble about the issue with A/C, and before I could request a time for this next day, he offered to come out right then and there. I was shocked with the outstanding customer service and the way he kept us informed through the entire repair process. He took pictures of the issues so we could see them. And explained

Our system was serviced in the beginning, replaced when we needed a new unit and now we have service twice a year to keep our system in the best possible shape. Louie Carpenter came out last month to service our unit and did the best possible job. He took pictures while in the attic and explained to us what he saw and what we might consider in the future. We appreciate all the help and no pressure service from Louie and Republic

My air inside the home was unbearable. It went out yesterday and I knew I would not make it another day in Texas heat. Customer service was outstanding on the phone and in person. The technician Jose arrived within the window as quoted and he provided top quality services as well. The price quote and timeframe for service completion was as stated. I was not thrilled about the price, but everything else made it worthwhile.

My blower motor went out under warranty so I called to have it replaced. The technician did a great job removing the motor and replacing it with a new one , however the price the company charged for this job was outrageous . $650 labor for 45 minutes of work is insane . They replaced my cooling coil last year under warranty which took 2 technicians half a day and my bill for that was much less than this job that's why I called them back thinking it would have been a reasonable price. For this reason they have now lost my business for any future repairs .

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I really wanted to like them because the tech was very nice and professional, but he pretty much told me that there was no way to get the part for the age of my furnace. I got two other quotes and the third company found the part right away. He wanted to replace my whole system for $9k yet here I am only spending $700 for a part he didn't even try looking for.

Contractor used them to install new unit years ago. We constantly had problems with the unit and the installation. They're visits always cost too much money. They talked us into a service agreement and I ended up doing most of the maintenance myself. The straw that broke the camel's back is that they came out for a maintenance visit and charged me $600 for new capacitors that were replaced two years ago. Then within two weeks the unit was struggling so we had them out again and they told us that we need to replace the evaporator coil over $2500. We told them we wanted a second opinion

Best get a 2nd opinion from these guys. If you don't they are happy to sell you a new system for thousands. My 2nd opinion, fixed it for $89. Republic said the part wasn't under warranty, then said it wasn't covered bc we only bought a blower not a whole system. They were wrong and I do t trust these guys. The owner wouldn't return multiple calls. Buyer beware
