I was having problems with my A/C Unit had looked around for over a year. I wasn't comfortable with the people I was coming across until I found JR Mechanical Services. I told them what I wanna it and could afford . They didn't try to sell a expensive system that I didn't need! JR Mechanical Services gave me a fair price quote and a system that was in my budget. This guys go above and beyond with their work and services. We feel so lucky to have found JR Mechanical Service during the winter storm. JR Mechanical Services answered our call for help when our heating system broke down during the storm. We were clearly informed of the problem. Parts had to be ordered but we were updated the entire time. JR Mechanical replaced my attic unit quickly...when I needed it the most! They explained everything that would be done to replace the old unit and they were clear & concise on the pricing before starting any of the work. I absolutely will refer them to anyone needing HVAC work or service.

My mother’s ac unit has been out for months. She was told that it would cost an astronomical amount to be repaired. Joe from JR Mechanical Service was referred to her. She called Monday morning and he was there to the rescue that same day! He took his time and repaired her ac unit and wouldn’t leave until he knew that it was working properly! He is extremely professional and displayed empathy for her situation. He was truly a God send! She will be a return customer and will refer him to everyone that she knows!

We was very impressed with Joe. He is very professional and has great knowledge. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our air conditioner. He was very considerate in arranging the scheduling of the time for our repairs. We were impressed the end results of the repairs. You need help? Call Joe. He will be right there for you. Son's apartment ac wasn't working. People who worked on it before didn't hook all the wires up right. Joe got my 3 year old granddaughter out if the 90° heat!!!! Won't call anyone else EVER again!
