Shady. Recommended unnecessary equipment replacement. Sloppy installation work. Neglected to explain issues and give quotes before performing work. Have had them out four different times in an effort to be fair and make sure of them, but have always had a sense of being manipulated or dealt with in an underhanded fashion. Will call them out no more. I recommend not using them.

I am so grateful for this company. They are extremely professional & efficient. After our a/c unit started having issues, we called Jesse Romero’s AC & Heating Services and were thoroughly impressed. They got the job done at a great price & very quickly to cater to a party we were having at our home that day. I will not be using any other company for my a/c needs!! I had a complete new system installed today. I decided to switch from a R22 to R410A system. Mr. Mondragon was professional, prompt, honest and fairly priced. He answered all of my questions. This is a complete new system, but I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase because he explained and showed me everything throughly. Their customer service and workmanship was A+. I am very happy with my install and would highly recommend them.

They came out the same day I called to get me patched up and running right away. They worked with my schedule to allow my insurance settlement to come in and went above and beyond to make sure my system was running to peak performance... not just "good enough". The young men that repaired my system were respectful and knowledgeable and even got some of my parts covered under warranties that I was unaware of. Great service and I will call them again.
