Highly recommend Frank and Best Piano Movers! Communicating via text is the way to go! Just follow the directions on his website and give him the info he needs for your estimate. He said they'd be here at 10:00 and they were here at 10:00 on the dot! They were in and out with the piano in less than 15 minutes. They make it look easy! They were both super nice and very professional.

We needed to move a piano locally and were up against a tight deadline. I considered getting a general moving company but opted for a company that specializes in moving pianos. Based on Yelp reviews I decided on Best Piano Movers and what a great decision! Frank responded promptly to my message, communicated with me regularly throughout the planning, and set my expectations early. He and his team arrived as scheduled to the pick-up location. They were professional and handled our piano delivery with extreme care. Additionally, their prices were very reasonable and worth it considering their experience

Have to say, pretty disappointed. Sent Frank a text as per his website instructions on a Friday, complete with all the information he wanted. Frank responded 24 hours later requesting additional information which I responded to in less than an hour and he never text back.
That was Saturday, on Tuesday I text Frank for an update, it's now Wednesday and he's yet to respond.
My quote is for a move that is literally less than a mile from Point A to Point B and other than steps leading to the threshold, it is a pretty uncomplicated move. At minimum, Frank should either respond with a quote

They were great! They were on time, very professional, and did a great job. No damage to the property or the piano. They were very knowledgeable about pianos in general and gave me some good instruction in how the piano was put together and all the moving parts outside of the internals of the piano. They were competitively priced. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
