I called Rick on Saturday morning because my garage door would not go up. He asked me to send him a couple of pictures, and got right back to me with his diagnosis. He stated that he would be out between noon and 2 PM, and was here by 12:30. Although he installed two torsion springs, which he had quoted at $250, he determined that only one was required. He left it on the bar, but did not hook it up, and charged me only $200. He said to call him in seven or eight years when the first one wears out and he will come out and simply connect the second one, for only a service call charge. Highly recommended
