Went great. Our salesman knew exactly what he was talking about. He didn't try to sell me more stuff than I needed. He even said a few options I wanted were not needed and saved me some money. Very friendly and easy going. The technician who installed the door was also very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The door and opener were installed in just under 2 hours. Very good workmanship.

I have a 16 ft door that 2 brackets broke on. The technician came out promptly and he had a part that worked better than that which was originally designed. He put on the parts, and did some maintenance to the door. He did not charge us for the parts or labor, and just for trip charge. He was a great guy and should anything else break then we'll definitely use him again!

The technician was on time, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He adjusted the spring tension and oiled all the necessary parts to make the garage door function better. Now the garage door is more balanced, so that if you disconnect the opener it does not come crashing down. He did a great job and worked very quickly and efficiently, and explained everything he did very clearly. It was a great price, too. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for garage door repair and maintenance.

The garage door opener was not working. I thought the motor burned out. Instead of suggesting to replace the opener like some would have done, he suggested trying replacing the capacitor after listening to me decribe what had happened. He replaced the part and it worked. He saved me at least couple hundred dollars. I recommend Liftmaster Garage Door Motor Repair Services to anyone. He is honest, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and lower cost. This is my second time being serviced for my garage need him.
