We started the process of redoing our master bath and two Jack & Jill sink sections in our kids rooms back in April with Drew at the Hamilton Mill location and I can't say enough good things! After we reached out with the initial request for a quote, he responded within a day and within 2 he was out at our house taking measurements and getting things drawn up for a starting quote. From that starting point until the project was finished in July things were fabulous. We met with him at the shop and began picking out the specific tile, cabinets and counter tops we wanted. I called Purdy flooring because I am a local contractor and was trying to buy from a more local source after the Covid situation started. We were hoping to help more local businesses.
I called the store on a Thursday in late April. Did not get an answer but I figured they may no longer be working onsite while the Covid issues were going on. So I emailed the information email they gave online. I was contacted back within an hour. I gave them the specifics of what flooring Item I was looking for and ask for a price and availability.
On May 5th 2020 I emailed and asked for an update. I never heard

I had a great experience working with Drew Turner & team. I had initially started working with another company to receive a quote. Purdy had both provided an estimate and visited the site to confirm measurements before i even heard back from the other company’s sales rep. The time from an initial quote to complete installation was literally days. I would definitely work with them in the future if needed

William came out to quote countertops. Said he would have a quote Sunday/Monday. After 2 attempts to contact him now Tuesday evening, at almost 8pm he messaged to say they weren't interested in working with us because the existing cabinets were barnwood. To "look and find someone elsewhere". Waste of time. I felt communication was short on messages and my husband did face to face as well. They're obviously choosey who they work with. Definitely not impressed to say the least with ANY of my experience. And after reading other reviews I'm not alone.

Daniel knows his stuff! His team redid the flooring in my entire house that we were selling. Thanks to the suggestions for the material (we used premium vinyl) the house sold in 4 days for almost full asking!
Installers were professional and on time. Even with the small hiccup of running out of shoe molding and having to return to finish the job, I would highly recommend Purdy to anyone I know.

I decided to try Purdy because I was hoping they were good quality and hear their ad on Victory 91.5 so hoped I'd have a good experience. Well ..... they were everything I hoped for. I needed some updates to my kitchen and had some idea but not totally. The designers Jenifer and Justin were great in suggesting things and working with my budget. Unfortunately ding install there was an accident with my existing granite bar top and it broke. They tried to match it and almost installed it but I didn't want it because it was noticeably different. They decided to replace the bar top as well

We had Purdy install almost 1,000 square feet of laminate flooring in the great room, hallway, master bedroom, and closet. It's been a while since I've seen this kind of efficiency from a work crew. They made every effort to see that I liked the look of shoe molding and transition molding. They also made sure the squeaks were gone from my sub flooring before they installed the laminate. I was expecting installation to take two days. They did it in one day! I'll definitely ask for this crew next time! Ok, enough about the installation crew. The sales people in the store were friendly

Enlisted Purdy to do a carpet job for my home. The quote took a bit longer than expected due to I had them quote some other things and an apparent snafu in email addresses. But once I got it we agreed on the carpet price and got it ordered. It arrived sooner than expected so they called to set an install date, which was a nice surprise. Due to some other renovations, I pushed it a bit to make sure some construction mess would be out of the way.
On install date, the crew was professional and fast. They moved everything efficiently and knocked out the carpet in no time. Except one little problem

Working with Purdy Flooring was a great experience. After calling they had a guy out to my house within one day to get a measurement so they could give me an exact quote. The showroom has many samples to help you choose the right color, style and width of flooring. Ben gave us multiple options of what type of flooring would best fit in our home with small children and dogs. From the time we pick out what type of hardwood flooring we wanted to a completed job it was around a week. My company recently used Purdy Flooring to lay carpet in our commercial office suite. They did a great job! Brent was very helpful in selecting the right grade of commercial carpet. The crew was very punctual and professional. We had just had the suite painted and they were very mindful of the walls. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again!
