Great experience. We moved to Libertyville from the east coast and needed a roof inspection and quote from afar. Dan came over right away (that afternoon I believe) and quickly provided an inspection with photos + a quote. I quoted Cittrix out against two other companies - they were a tiny bit higher than one, but that company didn't bother to come out and inspect the roof and wasn't very responsive. Another company offered a higher quote but didn't actually see or inspect the roof. The installation started within a week or so of my signing the contract, and it was completed on time and to my satisfaction

Really happy with the final product. Dan was super helpful with all the info I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. His team the day of the install was all right on point. Had a full tear off and new roof installed, the guys did such a great job keeping everything contained and when done it looked like a crew was never even here. Everything was neat and clean. I had quite a few questions during the job and the guys were equally as helpful with those and answered everything for me. Really great experience end to end.

The Cittrix crew did an amazing job with our roof. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. I was amazed at how quickly and cleanly they got the job done. Communication with Dan was wonderful. He answered all of our questions professionally and kindly. I was able to schedule a consult appointment and get the estimate fast. He was able to schedule our roof in less than two weeks from when we decided to go with Cittrix. Very pleased!

Dan was very open, friendly and patient. I had a ton of questions that he answered. They had all the licensing, insurance, etc. needed for a valid roofing company in IL. He provided a detailed cost breakdown and the work was done on our roof, gutters, and skylight quickly and well. Really felt comfortable with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a perfect roofing experience from first call, through estimate, to install. Dan and his crew were amazing. Showed up on time, did perfect work, cleaned up very well, all done in one day on a three tier roof with a 2.5 car detached garage. Additionally, they offer the best warranty of all the companies I searched. You cannot go wrong with Cittrix.
