Had a dead heating and cooling system replaced with a new system. Lead David Reid calculate and was able to make the new unit fit in a very tight place. Mike Lockwood did a great job of installing over twenty five pieces of ducking with Axel Parez-Lopez’s assistance. Fawn Coultas did a outstanding job of running the wires and connecting the ends in one day, also gave me some tips that have come useful. All are professional and nice people that we need more of. Thank you for letting me watch some of the work.

The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. All the work they have ever done for us has been thorough and completely satisfactory. Just had our ducting cleaned at the end of last month, and it took even less time than we were quoted. We have a maintenance contract on our hvac system, and I love that it is so easy to set the appointments and that the staff always call far in advance.

I will ONLY use Comfort Flow!! Noah and Kaz went above and beyond while cleaning my ducting system. The previous owners really trashed the place so they had their work cut out for them, yet they didn't complain… and used multiple techniques to get all the crap out of the system. Comfort Flow always takes the best care of me. The latest was my AC. After the heat dome in June, I decided it was time to call Comfort Flow. The office scheduled me, staff came out. All done in the most professional and courteous way. Then the equipment arrived way earlier than expected and Jared, Fawn and Andrew installed the three units and heat pump. We had a heat pump/AC unit installed today. Jared, Fawn and Axel were fantastic! Not only were they prompt, professional and friendly, they went above and beyond the service call. As they were installing our unit, Fawn fixed a couple minor things she found; bubble cover for outdoor outlet replaced, and our dryer vent that needed to be repaired. … Jared and Axel were super as well! Comfort Flow Heating replaced our complete heating and cooling system last week. I can't stress how impressed we were with how professional, polite, and hard working the two installers are. David Reid and Andrew Evans worked tirelessly for two days completing the job in hot weather, much of it in a small attic space. Electricians Joe and Jordan assisted for part of one day and they too were just great.
The new system works beautifully. I would recommend this company and their dedicated employees to anyone.

I called the number on the thermostat, when we bought the house in 2016, after moving back to Eugene...from Spokane and the system was different.
I wanted to have maintenance done and it was the colder January Oregon day! it turned out to be Comfort Flow.
We stayed with them because of excellent service...As I would say the front of the house and the back of the house work together! that's greeting and service with positive customer service. Our A.c unit went down on the hottest weekend in June. they were open on Saturday to check my a.c.. and quickly found the problem. The part was mailed quickly and its now repaired. They are polite and fast at repairs.

This company's business model seems totally bogus..

2 stars because they answer their phones and have very tidy, personable maintenance techs. After that shout out, we go straight to bitter complaints:

Background- we have a 3 year old heating/ac system installed by them in 2015 by previous owners. We moved in 2 months ago & made a service apt bc the previous owners had them on contract:

1) Unlike other companies we've used in other places (like MA where you really need a furnace) their $120 "annual maintenance" is glorified filter cleaning. (not a specialty item).

Hired to so a yearly tune up. Next day my house was not cooling down and I called to tell them they told me that doesnt mean anything it could be a capacitor or a part that went bad. So they wanted me to pay another 130 to have them check it out. So I call my home warranty because it is only 60. They come out fix it in Minutes it was stuck on heat. It had been placed on heat! Comfort Flow installed a new A/C unit for the athletic club where I work out. It's been over a month and they have not been able get the unit working consistently and properly. So the upstairs workout room has been way too hot for exercise, most recently for 6 days straight. I have to drive 8 miles to the club's other facility in order to have a decently cool place to exercise. I can't believe Comfort Flow cannot get a brand new unit working properly after weeks of trying. Over the years I've had bad experiences with Comfort Flow work at both home and place of employment. Great follow through by the emergency service! The gas furnace in my rental unit stopped working on a Saturday evening. Comfort Flow called back right away and offered to come fix it immediately. The HVAC technician who diagnosed the problem was prompt, easy to work with and knowledgable. He also structured the charge so that I got the most amount of service for the lowest price available. I have had experiences both good and bad with Comfort Flow. They tend toward the good, so I would maybe give 3.5 stars to make a more representative review, but so be it.Salesmen were kind and knowledgeable. Install was slow and confusing. Some of the office people seem informed and helpful, and some seem like they know nothing. I have had many experiences with Comfort Flow and continue my service with them, but don't expect greatness.

I am so pleased to write a review for Comfort Flow Heating. We initially called because our AC wasn't working. The following day a technician came out and determined that our system was on its last legs. He was kind enough to look into repairing it. We decided that it was time to look into replacing both units. We met with KYLE and he went though the entire process. We've had Comfort Flow Heating maintain our home's HVAC system for years through their semi-annual maintenance program.
