Nik McCurdy started Builders Flooring & Design with a foundation of extensive experience in carpet care and flood and fire restoration. The process in this time of supply chain issues could not have gone more smoothly. When we were considering moving from Orehon to AZ, my wife called a few places to find out details and options for our potential purchase and subsequent flooring project. We weren’t even sure we were moving at the time but Caleb at Builders spent a long time with her, answering questions and helping her walk through options.
When we finally did have an offer accepted in Mesa, Caleb dropped everything to show up in a 15 min window that we had inspection access to give us a quote.

We had previously used Builders for our kitchen remodel, and when we moved into a new house, we went to them for our new floors. We chose a beautiful wood-look tile for most of the house, and a hexagon for our laundry. Caleb and his team were very professional, and kept us up to date on the timeline and progress. The floors came out absolutely wonderful, and the team put in a lot of work prepping our slab to make sure they would stay that way. We would highly recommend Builders!

Caleb and the crew at Builders Flooring and Design were top notch! We had regretted not tiling our great room from the day we moved in 4 years ago and they were not only able to match the tile but the install was seamless.
They showed up on time and completed the job in the originally quoted time which is a huge win in my book!

We recently experienced some water damage to our upstairs laundry room and loft area. We visited quite a few flooring stores and didn't feel comfortable with any of them, this changed once we stopped by Builders Flooring and Design. Their pricing system is great, pricing is displayed easily for customers to see, and the staff was very helpful. We recently did a remodel on our kitchen and downstairs flooring. I was beyond pleased with Builders professionalism, and I must add cleanliness! We chose the dustless option for our tile removal, and I stand by their technique. When we would come home at the end of the day, after they’d been working all day, not a morsel of tile,or rubble was to be seen. My porch was even sprayed down! When the tile was layed it was in a very timely manner. We got our counters tops through Builders Flooring and Design as well, and they have the best show room to get all the inspiration you need. Highly recommend this family owned business! They replaced all flooring on our first floor (installed mostly wood-look porcelain tile and some carpet). It looks incredible. The dustless tile removal was impressive and allowed us to live in the house while work was being done. They also installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen.
