Upgrading your old floors with new Wood floors is a great advantage, increases the property value of your home. Most homes with hardwood floors sell faster and for higher prices. Installing over concrete sub-floor or bellow grade: When installing your new wood floor on top of a concrete subfloor (as opposed to a plywood subfloor) or below grade (basement) then you will need to install an engineered hardwood floor.

Adriatic Flooring is in one word, AWSOME!! Dennis and his dad are by far the best floor installers I have ever used and I have owned many homes and had many floors installed. From the estimate to the install they were very professional. The price was exactly what the estimate was and the products they use are top quality. After they removed the old flooring they took moisture readings and checked the floor to make sure it was level. One spot was uneven so they fixed that prior to installing the new floor. They showed up on time, cleaned up when they were done and answered any question I had. I

They did an awesome job on my Master Bedroom and walk-in closet. We loved the way it came out that we had them come back and complete the rest of the house, which included the two kids bedrooms and the office areas. Man what an amazing job they did. The quote we could not pass up and the professionalism when the did the job was outstanding. I recommend them to anyone needing floor tile installation. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

I love this father - son team and I am going to be blasting their business info to all the neighborhood groups I am in. They removed all the carpet from our stairs and loft + a big bedroom upstairs and then replaced it with the flooring we have throughout the rest of the house. They started Tuesday and were done Thursday!! They were so fast and efficient. Always wore a mask, and the best part is the communication. I could text Denis and he would promptly respond and keep me up to date.

Denis and Adriatic Flooring did a fantastic job on my floors. They came out gave me a quote and stuck to it. I had tile in most of the house along with some carpet. They ripped out the tile, old baseboards, and carpet and disposed of them. They prepped the floors to make sure they were even and cracks were sealed. Each area in the house had settling cracks in the cement pad. They installed luxury vinyl planks which look and feel like real wood but they're waterproof. They were able to install it throughout the entire house, over 1600 sq feet without using transition strips. They recommended and

Denis and his father were a joy to work with. I'm the type who will get multiple quotes before making a decision. Their quote was very aggressive, but I liked that I was supporting a local family business and how prompt Denis was whenever I had a question or wanted samples.
Read all of these reviews and they are spot on. They are prompt, efficient and very fast! They finished almost the entire house in a pinch more than three days, I was so impressed.
I can't recommend these guys enough, and I promise you will think the same when they are done as well.

I can not say enough about how pleased we are with Denis and Adriatic Flooring. They installed luxury wood laminate in the entire downstairs of our home and it looks fantastic. I could tell that they took the time to do the job RIGHT and were very professional and knowledgable. If you are looking for flooring installation, please look no further.
