This is the second time we have used Red Mountain. They did a great job four years ago so I wanted to use them again. The estimator came and I told him there was possible water damage which would need to be addressed. They came to do the install and the damage was much worse than anyone thought.
The installer, and several other guys, including the owner, fixed the issue (it was that big); they did an excellent job fixing the damage, and then subsequently installing the floor.IT LOOKS GREAT and we are so thankful they repaired the extensive damage. They charged me only for the additional materials even though it extended their install time (and labor) by an extra day.
I highly recommend this company. They are honest, hard-working, their prices are reasonable and they do a great job communicating. I would certainly recommend them. Red Mountain Carpet and Tile have now completely redone all of the flooring in our home and back patio. They have installed tile, laminate wood and carpet - all of which have updated the look of our home and given it the feel we were looking for.

Loved that they came out to estimate the same day of the call. Next day they brought Pedro (their number one installer). I purchased the product from another company and had problems installing it. Even tho we'd purchased from another company they fit us right in and had it installed in two days. I only wish I'd purchased from them as well. They truly know and practice great customer service. Floors look amazing. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

I would never purchase carpet here again. All the reviews for Bill were accurate, but he left the company and I can see why.
I had so much hassle getting the carpet installed and the owner just doesn't respond to my dissatisfaction. Why would you put two seams a foot apart in the middle of the hallway? And every seam in the house shows. The installers did an extremely poor job and the customer service at Red Mountain is non-existent. My phone calls were not returned and my letter to the owner was never answered.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!

We have had Red Mountain carpet do 3 of our coaches 2 of them were perfect and we recommended you to everyone the last one we have had done was our coach the carpet will be in 1 year in April there are a lot of places in the coach that are coming up When you enter the bedroom the threshold was not done I also had this coach this new carpet cleaned one week before Christmas he was in-and-out so fast it was amazing and I am not pleased with that cleaning at all I cannot recommend you further

Called to get a price to shop around before I pull the trigger on some new carpet and the salesperson said he would not give prices to someone "just price shopping around". 2 stars because he wasn't super rude, but it was a negative experience and I wouldn't recommend any company that is not competitive in pricing.

I had my ceramic tile and carpet removed and laminate installed. The first thing I liked was the sample I picked out was a large piece so I could take it home and 'study' it. Once I decided, I spoke to Bill, the manager and ordered it. He came out and took measurements, then put in the order. I had some issues with the office who was supposed to call me and schedule it. Not only did they not call me but was rude when I was not home to receive the laminate ( I had no idea they were coming), even though I was told they called me and scheduled it. I finally connected with the man who delivered

Sales guy showed up on-time to measure, discuss options, trim, and cost. I decided to hire them to do my floor, we'll see how it goes in two weeks when they start. I put 50% down at that time.
It took two days to remove the old flooring and install new. They stayed on day two until the job was done. They found a few complicated issues, like a hidden leak under the old flooring, and flooring under flooring in another small area.
The crew in my home exceeded my expectations, were always professional. I'm just glad the job is done now. Removing old flooring was way more dusty than I anticipated
