The exterior of any structure requires the same attention to detail as the inside. The whole structure is inspected and prepared using 35 year silicon caulking, bonding agents are added to our stucco patch work providing more durability. One of the more challenging tasks is matching Spanish skip trowel and raised sand patterns.

Mike has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and does everything possible to do the best job that can be done. He and Luis worked early and late several days to repair and paint my stucco, doors, and even my garage door! All to perfection. If you are looking for qualified, hard working, professional and courteous folks to work on your home - look no further. We found California Custom Painting through our next-door neighbor. Mike and his team completely repainted the outside of her house and it looks great. We then used Mike for some work around the outside of our house and he was very fair, courteous, and thorough - even repainting a couple spots on the second floor shutters that he didn't think looked perfect. And we just hired Mike for a small job at my mom's house, repainting and repairing the fascia to prepare for a gutter replacement. He uses top quality materials and takes pride in his work. He'll admit he may not be the cheapest

Mike and his crew were great! They painted our house, trim, the pergola, fence, and doors. Mike helped me pick out colors that I'm very happy with. We got 3 quotes and they all were the same +/- $100 - If I remember correctly, Mike's quote was middle or lowest. I highly recommend them, and I would hire them to do more painting without hesitation.

We have used Mike several times over the years...once for exterior of our home and then to do the entire home when we built a few years later....it was a rather large house and Mike more than lived up to our expectations! Oh did I mention we lived out of state at the time and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with colors....he is AMAZING!!! You will not be disappointed by his work, and professionalism!

Mike did a great job matching some exterior areas that look much better now. This can be very difficult if you are not painting your entire home, so very happy with work that was done. He also patched and painted a number of interior walls in my home and they look great. I definitely would recommend him for a variety of painting projects.

Mike & his team are amazing. We were on a really tight deadline for getting our house painted for an appraisal right in the middle of the holidays. Mike's quote was very competitive, & he obviously knew his paints/materials. He was very thorough & showed incredible attention to detail throughout the entire job. Mike and his team were great. Mike was easy to contact (texting was my preferred method) during our whole-house, multi-day project. He did a great job, on time, and for a very reasonable price. We recently moved back in to our home after two years abroad, and having had renters, we wanted to repaint our walls. I was given Mike Dobell's contact information by my former realtor, who uses his services for her own home. After receiving a few bids from several painters, the bids were all roughly the same price though Mike may have been slightly cheaper.
