Services
Steve attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Steve worked for a few local builders and became frustrated with the reproduction of designs and in environment that did not inspire creativity. Steve then worked for Babcock and Wilcox (B&W) a global engineering, construction, controls and equipment manufacturer based locally in Akron, OH.

Steve and SEM construction is absolutely amazing! While building, Steve is organized, on point and ensures that the worksite is clean. Steve is always responsive (When I call he answers) and he thinks outside the box. My wife and I could not be happier with SEM construction!

SEM construction is truly great! My son and daughter-in-law used Steve for their amazing house. When we first saw Steve’s quality at the Parade of Homes in Canton we knew he would be a fit for my son as Steve is Meticulous and OCD like Jarrod. I’m a professional cleaner and I am also impressed with Steve’s cleanliness within the house while building. You definitely cannot go wrong with SEM construction.

Our experience with SEM was excellent. The design process was especially interesting and provided tremendous value. We were able to collaborate in real time and view modifications in 3D as we worked through various concepts in order to get our floor plan “just right”. We highly recommend SEM!

We couldn’t love our home from SEM Construction more:). They were very easy to work with and were available for every question or concern we had. Their goal was to give us the best home possible. They offered great suggestions throughout the selection process. Their work is high quality and I love the unique touches Steve uses. Just the other day, my daughter said mom if you could change one thing about our house what would it be?...and I couldn’t think of anything :):)
