Last month my furnace died and I was in need of a good company to work with. My neighbor suggested calling Ludlow Heating. I did and Bill was here right away. Explained everything to me and when it could get done and cost, etc. I had several phone calls to them and they were always so pleasant. The job went smoothly and quickly and it was so good to have heat again! They helped me get paperwork filled out and the guys that were here were great. I would recommend them to anyone. Bill and Karen have a great business and it was so good dealing with them.

I called today to inquire what their price per gallon is, they refused to tell me and said they would not disclose it without me first being a customer. What kind of scam is this? I would never do business with a company that hides their prices, seems very shady. Not to mention the not so friendly woman who answered the phone. I will be getting my oil elsewhere!
