One word to sum up my experience with them would be transparency. Nick was very transparent with us from day one. He would always give us options, he would always tell us about time, he would always communicate with us, he was more of a friend than a contractor. Out of the contractors that we met he was the only general contractor who was willing to bring on a kitchen designer at his expense to give us different design layouts for the kitchen. If one of the options they gave me didn't work out or we didn't like they would think of another way to handle the project. From the time we had our first appointment with this company that will always be accessible to us whether we emailed them, text them or called them we were always able to get an answer almost immediately. Every once in a while they didn't have the answer for us so they would call us back. But again it was a quick response. Our first builder completely went off on his own without consulting us on so many details. He wasted so much time and money with the architect and engineer and wanted to build the house with his own design which was not the vision that we had for our home. After numerous attempts to get this builder to listen to our designer we finally gave up. It was a costly lesson but we learned a great deal.

We did a full home remodel with Advanced Builders & Contractors. They did a fantastic job, and were great at keeping us in the loop and dealing with any issues as they came up. Advanced gave us an estimate for everything up to the finishing touches, which we purchased ourselves so we could pick everything out. When we purchased our home a few years ago we knew the look we wanted but didn’t know where to start. Calling ABC was an excellent decision. We told them what we wanted to do and they gave us all the steps. They referred us to an architect who had done similar work. ABC kept up with us and once we had our plans, we got an estimate from them and a couple other contractors.
