Discovered I had a leaky toilet so I decided to call around different plumbers to for price quotes. I wanted to remove the old toilet and install a new one in its place. After calling around and getting different pricing’s I decided to go with Master Plumbing and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Jennifer who setup the appointment and got me the quote. She was super friendly and kind throughout the entire conversation. Glenn who came out to install the new toilet was great as well. He was very friendly and was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. From my experience

See attachment for the plumber they sent to my home. I wish I could upload the video that was taken at my house. This was the Chattanooga office and they did send Chad to my home. Sending someone with a plumbing snake is doing enough work to get the $65 fee.

Master plumbing of Tn is the place to go for any plumbing job big or small. The team recently replaced the sewer drains in our house, re-piped the water lines, and installed all of the fixtures on our project. Out of all the contractors working on our house, Master Plumbing were the easiest to work with. Reasonable prices, quality work, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Highly recommended!

My husband and I used Master Plumbing of Tennessee for our broken water heater after an awful, awful experience with another water heater company last December. The other company left us with no options due to the placement of our water heater (next to washer/dryer in a small closet) and essentially told us that there was no way to fix it. We felt completely hopeless after our experience with them and tried calling around to see if any company would be able to help us.

We had 2 plumbing issues within 2 weeks. The people at Master Plumbing were quick to respond and correct the problem(s). We then had an unforeseen emergency & Master plumbers had 3 people at our home within an hour. They explained what happened and fixed it immediately. We can't thank them enouph & will definitely call them again if we need a quality plumber.

Knowledgeable, honest, Can-do attitude, in one word Terrific. Glenn came to install a new gas Line for the gas range. He first came to inspect and gave us an estimate. He took his time to look at all feasible scenarios, and discuss with us the most appropriate one. Due to delay from Home depot, Some materials didn't arrived at the same day as was our waterline installation, but with Martin, he didn't mind coming by the next day and have the Sewer installed, ran the line through check everything is functional and working as per our satisfaction. I want to start by saying how difficult it was to find a reputable company that does sewer Lining. I've had an ongoing sewer problem for 3 years now with constant back ups and flooding. From the time Master Plumbing of Tennessee arrived, they were very professional and patient with explaining the options I had. They were very competitively priced. Around 6 years ago...I had a major sewer issue which was a frightening experience for a first time home owner. It was a huge, huge.....did I say huge!!! repair job.... that required permits and various other stuff that I knew nothing about. We have a home warranty and the local plumbers weren't able to get out to fix our hot water heater in a timely manner. Glenn was amazing and worked with our warranty people for authorization in a courteous and professional manner.
