Neal is a Professional Member Grade of the National Society of Fire Protection Engineers. He attended the University of Southern California, Cleveland Institute of Technology, and is NICET Certified Level IV (SET) in Fire Alarm Technology as well as Special Hazards Technology.
He is a nationally recognized Consultant in the Fire Alarm/Special Hazards Industrial, Automotive, Utility & Commercial Buildings Industries and represents them through Membership on the NFPA Industrial and Building Systems Section Board of Directors as well as his other appointments and achievements.

Neal was previously employed by the two largest Fire Alarm/Security Manufacturers in the World, Siemens and Tyco/SimpexGrinnell providing Design/Build Contractor capabilities worldwide. He was their Headquarters Business Development and National Account Manager responsible for Government, Industrial, Automotive, Power Generating, and Commercial Facility projects internationally.

Layes his employees off durring Christmas and new years for 2 weeks. DOES DISHONEST AND TERRIBLE WORK AND TREATS BOTH HIS CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE!
