Services
As the General Contractor on a project, Medows Construction, Inc. assumes direct responsibility for all construction phase activities. Contracts are secured through competitive bidding or through a qualification-based selection process. Medows Construction Inc. holds contracts with the Owner and all construction trades and manages the construction process.
