Gale Construction Company is a self-performing prime contractor. We offer a wide range of services and capabilities with 25 years of civil construction experience. Our team has worked with a variety of federal and corporate clients as well as state and local municipal agencies. GCC's first project in 1996 was rehabilitation of a 50' retaining wall for the Village of Des Plaines, IL.
GCC has worked diligently to maintain a 100% safety record. Under the leadership of Mike Gale, Director of Operations, GCC has made safety of our personnel a first priority. We want every member of Gale Construction to feel safe and valued. Every worksite has special physical challenges so we tailor each contract's site safety plan to meet the needs of our team and client.
