So recently moved to Palm Bay and was looking for a pest control company. Apex seemed good. Gentleman came out a did a very good job. $150 for initial service, and stated a follow-up in two weeks. Nearly one month goes by and it occurred to me, never got the follow up. Called the office and was promised a call back. Never got it. Called another 4 times over the span of a month. No return call. Finally called again. I was never on the schedule. Customer service really lacking. Run from this company!!
