We service all of Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Sumter counties and select area's of Polk, Lake and Marion counties. No, because applications are made in cracks, crevices and voids and these areas not easily accessible to people or pets. Products applied around the exterior dry quickly and resist physical transfer.
Termites are often called the "silent destroyer" because they may be secretly hiding and thriving in your home or yard without any immediate signs of damage. We had very pleasant experiences with Gary, who was very knowledgeable and courteous since we started with MD 5 years ago. Couldn’t upload a video, however, I was told by the company that via gps they had sprayed at 320pm. No one was ever home at any point. Thoroughly disappointed with this years outcomes and especially being lied to regarding a visit. The company did offer for the manager to call in 3 days, but would not send someone out that day to rectify a clear lie per a video.

This is************* and I have been with MD for 13 years now...I find it has been a Great relationship with them. No matter how many times I have asked for anything outside my normal service they have taken care of the problem. So many great technicians from Gary and now Kate go beyond their work and caring in what they do best. Also I have never had the pleasure to meet the office staff but their caring and professionalism goes above and beyond. I spoke to Shaina on the phone and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Trey came out to preform the service and was very polite and professional. Trey explained the service and when he was done he followed up by letting me know exactly what he had done.
