I needed to reschedule my service and Dean was friendly and personable. He was right on time and did great work. The was no chemical smell at all which I felt good about. The whole experience was easy and seamless. Would definitely use chemdry again.

I've been a customer of Chem-Dry A Able for many years and the owner, Dean Court, is very responsive. He has cleaned the carpets in my 5 unit apartment building located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, CA as well as the lobby stairs and area rugs. Always on time, professional, and makes suggestions when needed. I love the Chem-Dry cleaning process because it doesn't soak the carpets like other cleaning processes. Great service!!

I had a great experience using this Chem Dry carpet cleaning service. Claudia was very friendly and organized and I really appreciated her calling me one day in advance to remind me of the appointment. Dean showed up right on time and did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpets stairs, and rug in the entry hall. He also was able to remove some glue substance on the rug. The cleaning liquid had a great citrus smell. Dean will now be my go-to carpet cleaner. I highly endorse this company.

For the past two years I've had my carpet cleaned by Dean right before the holidays.
Previous to that I've tried Coit, Stanley Steamer and Rug Doctor as well as renting a machine and doing it myself.
With two dogs and a light-colored carpet you can imagine what it looks like by Thanksgiving.
Only Dean has produced The results I was looking for.
Gets cleaner, stays cleaner longer and dries faster than any of the above mentioned companies. As well as saving my back from doing it myself.

This chem dry franchise did a horrible job when they came out to clean the carpet in three bedrooms of my home. Dean the guy that came to provide the service wet my carpet and did not clean it. When I informed him that the carpet still looked dirty, he informed me that the carpet appeared that way because it was a high traffic area. I'm sorry they are rooms hence bedroom furniture like a bed covers the majority of the room!!!! Not to mention the carpet is only three years old.
His attitude towards me and his inability to perform the service I paid for is not okay!!! Don't get insulted

I use Chem Dry of Richmond every 3 months. Their office manager Claudia is really good at following up on the service and calling you remind you of appts and to schedule you for new ones. I really would recommend them to anyone because they are efficient, fast and very nice to work with. And Dean, he's great too! He's the one that cleans our carpets and always does a great job! They deserve their 5 star rating!
