Mother Nature's Cleaning was able to schedule an appointment in a fairly short period of time. Thomas, the tech, showed up EXACTLY on time (!), was polite and professional, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable, and they used all natural ingredients - important since we have a pet. We'll be using them on a regular basis.

We've used Mother's Nature Cleaning a handful of time, both for carpets when we moved into our house and couch cleaning, and I would 100% recommend. They have always been so responsive and prompt when I email or call them to schedule a cleaning and they are always here when they say they'll be here. But most importantly, they are masters at getting my rugs and couch clean! I have two, energetic little boys and a cream colored couch (why I did that to myself, I ask myself every day) but Mother's Nature Cleaning makes it look new every time. The entire team was professional and prompt in answering questions and provided a quote. We had them clean our 8x10 cotton area rug. It looks so much better. They clearly communicated the work estimate and scope. They even offered to have the rug repaired for an additional service. I’ve used other rug cleaning companies in the past that didn’t get the rug clean and I’m really impressed with this company. We would give more stars if we could! Tamas from Mother Nature has cleaned our carpets three times now. He is professional, kind, speedy (!) and responsive to any questions. Our carpets stain easily and look new after he comes. Everyone we have interacted with from the company is really friendly and they have excellent communication/email reminders. I had an excellent experience with Mother Nature's Cleaning and I highly recommend them! From scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning of my couch I was impressed by their excellent customer service and professionalism. The technician was on time and was very helpful in explaining the process. There was a little misunderstanding with my building manager when the technician arrived and I was so impressed with how professional he was and how responsive and helpful the office was. And my couch looked great after the cleaning! I will definitely use them in the future.

They are a small business with a personal touch. I needed my rug and loveseat cleaned. They came over the same day to pick the rug up and were very clear on their pricing. We scheduled the loveseat cleaning and they actually came a day earlier than planned, which was phenomenal. Still waiting on the rug, but so far that is on plan. Thank you so much for your help!

This company did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets! Gustavo was very professional and efficient. We walked through my home and I showed him the areas of concern in addition I explained I didn't want a ton of chemicals and water left behind. He assured me of the cleaning process and that he would do his best to pick up as much water as possible. After listening to his process I felt a bit more at ease because he was on point when speaking to me, now it's the day after the cleaning and I'm truly amazed

I was so pleased to find Mother Nature's. I have several Dash & Albert rugs made of PET and other recycled products and have been worried about having them cleaned with normal cleaning solutions. But Mother Nature's assured me they use all natural products and my rugs would be safe. We needed to have our rugs and sofas cleaned as a relative that is allergic to pets was coming to stay for a week. We contacted Mother Nature's Cleaning and they responded quickly and provided a quote. The team that arrived to clean the sofas quickly moved through the house and did an amazing job cleaning them and some stains. They then provided an updated quote for the rugs, as they needed to see how they were constructed so they could provide a more accurate quote. They then took those rugs to their shop and cleaned them in a little over a week. It was really easy to get them delivered

The two gentlemen who came to clean my sectional sofa took such care with it. They disconnected the chaise part carefully and made sure that the legs were secured. (The sofa had a unique connector as it was custom made). They carried the cushions and the two main pieces outside where they had set up a cleaning space. They cleaned every single nook and cranny, every single fiber and made sure the sofa was looking like we got

I chose them because they were eco-friendly and conveniently located for easy pick up and drop off.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me unload the carpet when I arrived and gave me a reasonable estimate for pet stain removal.
Their turnaround time was well within the time frame they estimated to complete the work and they reloaded the carpet into my car when I picked up my freshly cleaned carpet.

We needed rugs cleaned before moving out of a rental home. They arrived on time, explained the process and got to work. Everything was done on time and at a reasonable price.

Mother Nature's Carpet Cleaning did such an excellent job for us today. They have done the carpets in our home before, but today I had them out to my business in Pier 39 to clean some tile entryways at our retail stores. Tomas the technician and his assistant were early. They worked 100% efficiently and they made tile that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 20 years look great! Tomas took as much time as he needed but really got in there, scrubbing, treating, and going over the areas again and again until they could be made to look as good as possible (with millions of people walking over them

I found this family owned business on Yelp, they had great reviews so I contacted them and received a prompt response. Anderson did a great job cleaning my linen/cotton upholstered chairs. He was professional and honestly it was beyond my expectations as I didn't think the dirty chair arms would come clean. The very next day, I had a pet issue in multiple spots on my expensive large area rug. It was a Saturday, but they responded to my email inquiry within a short time. This is the first time I have ever ordered upholstery services but it won't be the last! I got a couch off of Craigslist and wanted to make sure it was thoroughly clean before using it so I gave them a call.

I have a gorgeous NZ wool rug from The Citizenry that I was *this close* to throwing away from various coffee spills and other stains when I found Mother Nature's Cleaning. Mother Nature Carpet Cleaners just left and our dirty cream colored carpets and couch are beautiful again. The tech was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do and how it would turn out. I was shocked when 5 year old nail polish stain was removed from the carpet. Anderson showed up on time and took his time to clean really good my old carpet. Some areas of high transit require double spray and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. I could not believe the difference when my 9x12, light colored silk viscose rug was returned to me after cleaning -- I didn't really think my stains and grime would come out, but now you can't tell they were ever there! My rug looks brand new. Soot marks, rust spots, and ground-in grime in traffic areas -- ALL GONE! Responsive and on-time, very fast turn around. Wonderful people. A++++!
