Contacted them for an estimate. Someone named Nick replied back after a few days and left me a voicemail to call him back. Since then I called at least 3 times and left 3 texts but no reply. Then finally Nick calls back about a week later, saying 'I'm sorry but we don't do Lilburn area' - however, on their website it clearly states that they do Lilburn area. He says it maybe a mistake. I asked for the manager's or the owner's contact information, he says he can't give that information out.
Overall, terrible experience....would never use this company for any cleaning

WOW!!! I am so impressed!!! Yesterday I contacted Melinda via yelp as a first time customer in need of a customized cleaning (downstairs base boards and doors, master bathroom and master bedroom). She was wonderfully quick and friendly with her response to my inquiry and explained the process of booking the appointment, how to reserve the time slot, and offered an appointment right away for this morning! Booking the appointment was a breeze, the front office staff is very personable but the actual cleaning was one star. I had them return but they still did not do a good job. We had sold our house and I was running between the old one and the new one and did not have time to babysit the service. Apparently they have an A crew that does great work, they just didn't come to my house that day.

I have been a customer for a few months, and have been very pleased with how thorough of a job they do. I have worked with other cleaning companies in the past and Brite Touch goes above and beyond in what they clean. The staff members are very nice and professional. I especially like that it is a family business, but offers easy online booking options like a larger company would.

These guys did a great job cleaning up my house for Thanksgiving guests last week. Everything is spotless, I was able to book them on short notice, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I can't rave enough about the services from Melinda and her team. They listened to every preference I had for my home. The second cleaning they came back to my home with even further improvements from the first service which was already done well. Melinda is very quick to respond to inquiries. Will explain everything needed and the website and she are very clear on the services. No hidden fees or costs. It's so hard to find good and trustworthy services but I've found one! They arrive on time and if they will be early or late you will get a call. My last appointment was from 10-12

I had a big, messy job that needed to get done on a very short timeline. In spite of the short notice, Melinda contacted me and took on the task of cleaning an embarrassingly grimy townhouse on a Saturday evening. The Brite Touch crew made the place look amazing! They exceeded my expectations. First of all, their website makes booking and paying for your service very easy. It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used!
Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality.
