Roof repairs are unfortunately a part of owning a home. From fixing blown off roofing materials to fixing a leak cause by a fallen tree branch, it can get costly. However, those repairs don't always have to be expensive and unexpected. Because an annual roof inspection can help prevent major damage to your roof, thus reducing the chance of costly repairs, it's always the right way to go.
The Ideal roof is strong because of the sum of all of its parts. However, if any of those parts lack in the, "highest quality standard, " the finished product won't meet our standards. Because a quality Full Roof Replacement system involves tearing off the existing roof, a full inspection of the roof decking is a must.
We would all like our homes, as one of our biggest investments, to have great curb-appeal. Because the roof of our home is typically to main focal point of its outward appearance, updating to a new layer of roofing shingles, style and color, changes a lot. However, we don't always have the budget or don't really care to, unnecessarily (in some cases) remove all of the original roofing shingles and their underlayment.
Annual roofing maintenance is key. In other words, it's a must. Because you want something that you've invested in to perform, you must maintain it. You could go without ever changing the battery in a smoke alarm, however you wouldn't expect it to work when the time came. Nor would ever expect your car to continue running properly if you never changed its engine oil.
