We highly recommend Sweers. After a hail storm damaged many homes in our area our neighbor suggested we call them for an inspection. They came out right away and inspected our roof and siding. John also met the insurance representative to review the damage. He explained the repair and insurance process very clearly. The roofing crew did a great job completing the entire tear off and installation in one day and did a nice job of clean up.

I had an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on my roof. My appointment time was 8am-12pm. I called at 12:30pm to see if they were still coming out. I was told that the estimator was running behind and would be out between 1:30-2pm. At 5pm no one had been out. No one has called to apologize for not coming out (4 days later). I will definitely not be using this company nor would I recommend them.

A few days later, another crew was on site to replace all my gutters, helmets, and downspouts. Siding to be repaired as soon as the materials arrive. Fast, friendly, and professional. Very happy with my choice of contractor. Highly recommend.

Subcontracted my job. Cut into my siding and did not install any flashing to protect my home from water damage. Called and e-mailed. Finally able to get ahold of someone. They said that they would take care of it. Over a month ago I have not received one phone call or e-mail. Since they have my money why should they care about the destruction they left in their wake.

I contacted Sweers in October of 2020 for a gutter estimate since they did the original gutters on my house and it was time for them to be updated. I was told that they could do them at any time, cold weather or not. I waited until February of 2021 before contacting them again. After leaving several messages and not getting a response, I told them to forget it. I called another company, got an estimate within a week and they started the job within 2 weeks as promised and even at a lower price. I have spoken to other family members who have had the same issue. Apparently, they don't want to bother
