Now, the dealership maintains a large, visible lot on South Main Street, dedicated to friendly sales and quality customer service.

I will never do business with them ever again, I was in a very tight situation when purchasing my car, was invovled in a car accident in which my car was a total loss, so peters had a good selection of cars in the price range I was looking for. But after purchasing my car, the problems began. Had my car for all of 24 hours before coolant starting to pouring of the car.
That problem did get resolved with them coming to tow the car, and bringing me a loaner, and fixing the problem. Now not even 2 months of being in the car yet another problem with the cooling system, was told there is nothing they

If you are looking for a group of lying finger pointing, it's not my fault group of salesmen and servicemen then Peters Auto mall is the place for you. I purchased a Mini Cooper from them on a Monday, the racing stripes needed to be replaced and our salesman said it would be no problem and could be done in a day so we bought the car, as soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on so I brought it back. They stated it needed a new thermostat and they would have to order it however I could bring the car back on Friday and they would fix the stripes and the thermostat all the

My family and I did a trade in recently and it has been by far one of the best experiences we've had! My family's first language is Spanish so we spoke with Jamie and she was awesome! She answered every question we had, she was honest and explained every detail of the process with us. She was super sweet! We were very impressed with her service. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Sold me a one year old piece of s*!t car that had passed inspection only by their finagling enough to do so and only for it to fall apart right after i paid for it. To make the experience even more delightful, they refused any form of reconciliation or responsibility, leaving me high and dry with a substantial amount of work to shell out money for on my brand new POS. Called about a 2500 Chevrolet Silverado truck which they show in their inventory. I live in Greensboro so i didn't want to drive to High Point unless it was available. The sales person Emileigh confirmed the truck was at their budget center. I drove to lot and was greeted by a salesman who told me the truck was at their main lot. So i drove there however, I became suspicious when the salesman kept asking me why I was only interested in this particular truck. We purchased a car from here over a year ago. We did not have a bad experience with them. We are now dealing with the warranty company that we purchased through Peters. They are a total mess. Find a different warranty to buy than GWC Warranty, which is the warranty company and policy that Peters sells !!! We have been without a car for almost a month dealing with them.

I've only had my 2004 ford excursion for 5 months roughly put about 5000 miles on it and now I'm doing a complete brake job. My brakes Calipers rotors pads caliper slides, Pins...etc etc.
Love the car hate that your mechanics aren't paying attention. I been driving my whole family of 6 in this thing and there is not a safe brake part on this truck. The mechanics should do a better vehicle inspection because the inspection process is important for vehicle safety and most importantly my family's safety was on the line!!

This is the upmost worst car dealership over EVER been to in my entire life. The first day we came in we were able to sign for a 2017 Toyota Corolla and we were "approved" so all we had to do was bring a few pieces of info back. The second time we came in the store they told us that the bank we were "approved" with actually denied us so we were going with another bank that we were "approved" with, but they also neglected to tell us that they needed more info from us. We signed for the Toyota Corolla 3 times(these weren't papers to hold the car we had signed for

Great car purchase and trade in experience. I came in to trade my SUV for a van. After having looked around, I thought I'd only be able to buy a 2 or 3 year old van for the value I was wanting to spend. Peters traded my SUV for the value I wanted and I was able to get a 2015 fully loaded Town and Country for just a little more than the value I was looking to spend. Nice people and they didn't seem to want to rip me off like most dealerships!

Just started my search for a new car, went to different dealers just to get an idea of what I might like. At every dealership we went to that day, when I told them we were just looking (my son was also looking for what he would like for his first car), the salesmen and saleswomen left us to look on our own except for at Peters Auto; a saleswoman followed us the whole time at the budget center even though we told her our son had no idea what he wanted, then at the main dealership we had to repeat ourselves to 3 different salesmen. The biggest hassle though is that Peters does not list the prices

I did not so much have a good experience. I called the day before to make sure of a price before I drove two hours away, I was assured that it would $5,000 So I came next day the salesmen we're very nice and helpful (nothing against them being that they we're not the one's that I had spoken to) Needless to say I test drove the vehicle and everything was fine until it was time to the deal and I was told that they could not come down any lower than $6,000 no matter what and no explination as to why I was told that. So as for saying all of this I hope you all have a better experience

I needed to upgrade my wife's car since we have a growing family. After doing significant research online, and having several less-than-positive experiences at other dealerships closer to my home in Charlotte, I decided to take the plunge and make the trek to High Point to see a used vehicle that Peters Auto Mall had for sale.

I have to say that I really came away from my experience there with a great deal more satisfaction than I would ever have expected from a car dealership. Most of my purchase experiences have been stressful and borderline combative, but Duane S. worked hard to make
