My husband purchased a car in December of 2020 and I was with him at the time. The salesmen knew I was also looking for a car. A few days after, my husband needed work on his car and they were very accommodating to let "my husband" drive the car they knew I was looking at while his was getting repaired. For 4 months, I received calls every 2 or so weeks to follow-up for when I was ready to buy a car myself. I bragged about the customer service because I thought it was on point. I came to purchase a car in April. The process took HOURS and the car that was advertised with bluetooth did not have

I will admit that I don't buy cars often enough to be familiar with the game and maybe my experience today is just how things work, but I'm just naive enough to think my husband and I were lied to and dealt with unfairly.
I pointed out that the seats of the Kia Sportage I had my eye on were not heating and cooling properly. The service specialist contacted KIA and IDENTIFIED THE CAR BY ITS VIN NUMBER and was told the car should have the option on both the driver's and front passenger's seats. The sales rep we had been speaking with and the service specialist both told us they would investigate

By far the BEST customer service I have ever received working with sales, esp. purchasing a vehicle. T was courteous, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Above and beyond- staying after close to help us finalize the process. The process is long but he did his best to make it go as fast as he could. The rest of the team was wonderful as well and very accommodating to my family, allowing my toddler to sit in one of the new cars in the show room (he is a big car lover). I love my new CRV and I will definitely use Greensboro Auto Center in the future.

We were new to the area and was looking for a place to take our cars to for services. I was recommended by my father in-law (he just bought his car from them). Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I had a bent rim on my car which was causing a vibration when traveling down the highway. I reached out to James in the service center and within no time, he had it lined up to get it fixed. While my car was there, I had an oil change done and a car wash as well. James was extremely helpful and makes every customer feel like a priority; a feeling… that is hard to come by these days. My car rides very smooth now and I was VERY impressed with my car wash from the detail center. Thank you to James, Mrs. Gabrielle Webb, and the rest of the employees at GAC!
