My new home needed AC/heat in a bonus room that couldn’t be used for the hotter months. Carl and his crew installed a splitter that solves the problem. They were on time, they were always respectful of the property, I was told ahead of time exactly when they were arriving, what to expect as far as how the unit works, the estimate was reasonable, and I could not be happier with the results. The room is now 100% more utilizable. I can’t say enough good things about Northern Comfort after having a dryer exhaust booster, a sink, refrigerator, and a dishwasher installed, and a couple of other issues

We called Northern Comfort for an AC unit that wasn't blowing cold. I was amazed that the woman I spoke with tried to trouble shoot the simpler solutions with me! Unfortunately we still needed service. They were out the next day. An email was sent with a pic of the technician who would be coming. A call as well that he was on his way. Carl and his team installed a new oil fired boiler in my 1827 home: The team worked together to get the 500 pound unit into the basement and then custom created the piping to fire it up. The job included repair to the oil tanks and water system. I was impressed with their understanding of our heating system. Carl communicated effectively. Thank you!

We have had Northern Comfort service our home for a number of years, always on time, an honest appraisal of the job to be done. Has never oversold product to us simply for the sake of the sale. If repairs vs. replacement is all that is needed, that is the suggestion given.
