Post Sheds offer increased storage at a great price. Ends or sides can be added to any shed. Post sheds are available in 4:12, 3:12 and 2:12 pitches. Free hanging sheds are available in 4:12 and 3:12 pitches, but are limited to 14' widths. Always keep in mind that the main building height is what determines the clearance under a side shed.

Floyd's took care of the concrete and building. The product is of very high quality. We have a 40x60 with a 10' overhang that runs into a wrap around front porch. The added 18' soffits, two overhead door openings, man door and a window. They even did the insulation! There is not a better value or a higher quality product in my opinion. We have had ZERO leaks, the building stops people in their tracks when they see it.

We shopped around and got a few quotes for a metal building. Floyd's had the best price and the best service. We signed up with them right away. A few years back we decided we had set aside enough $ for a pole building. We were concerned about it withstanding strong winds but were assured poles would be in the ground x amount of ft. My husband wanted to be there when they came and was promised they would call before coming out so we put $1,500.00 down. Well. they called right before driving out and we had left. We got home surprised to see them driving out. From their equipment we could tell not much of a hole had been dug. My husband went to the older woman owner who wasn't interested in his complaint even when he described

We had a very damaging storm to our 4 poultry houses. Sheet metal had been blown off of several large sections. Not a lot of rain had got inside the houses but a 100 percent chance of rain was forecast for the coming days. I tried to find people to come and help temporarily install sheet metal on until permanent repairs could be done but was unsuccessful. I made Floyd’s aware of my dire circumstances and they sent 7 guys and some extra sheet metal to help. All seven were amazing workers getting the temporary repairs finished in the nick of time. Very thankful and would highly recommend this company

Outstanding! Everything is drawn up in AutoCad. It don't mater how uneven the ground is they can put a squared away building on it! Only down side was the wait. Hindsight being 20/20 the wait is worth it! Having been in business sense 1969 and 3 generations they know what they are talking about. If Scott says it is a bad idea to pour concrete, put up trusses or tin because of the weather it is because he has been down that road thousands of times. Floyd's building built our metal shop/house in Powell Missouri. They were professional and really easy to work with. We met with Scott and did a CAD drawing of the farm house and went through a few designs before we found what we were looking for. Through the process they helped us design our perfect farm house and shop. They also recommended someone to complete the inside framing. The house is perfect and we love it. I have recommended Floyds to our neighbors and have no reservations recommending them to others.

They recently just started doing their own dirt work and I was one of there first customers of it. It was done perfectly! I'm so impressed with their whole entire team... from all the amazing people in the office, the owners, their dirt crew, and their building crew!
