Just had Scott and his team come out and make some repairs to our roof. Several other companies wouldn't even show up but Scott showed up the very next day, gave us a estimate that I was more than happy with. Was able to come back out the following day to make the repairs I asked for, repaired those areas and a couple others that he had discovered on his initial inspection and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with all the repairs. First rate workmanship, prompt and courteous service, true professional all the way. Can't go wrong with these guys.

Terrible experience. Scott and contractors came out the first time to check out our roof as we had leaking in our bedroom and in our dining room due to the monsoon weather holes in our roof. They found 2 holes over the dining room and none over the bedroom (water went through a vent thing on the roof). They didn't do a water test to make sure every hole was found and sealed and we were worried about that but they said they were "very confident" with their work. A couple days later, more monsoons came and more leaking came in both locations. We called them, they came out again and found a additional

Critical: Punctuality, Quality
After saying they would fix the leak on my house and making multiple "repairs" I still have a leak. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. Don't hire them, they don't do quality work.

I met Arizona Valley Roofing Supervisor, Dave DeLeon, in a gas station. I talked to him for a few minutes and felt good with the conversation. I called them for an estimate to make repairs and replace roof shingles. I accepted their bid and they scheduled the work for the following day.
They arrived and promptly went to work. The work was accomplished efficiently and to my satisfaction.

They were able to get an estimate on service (turret rain leak) and the work done before any other company I could find around the Thanksgiving holiday. They also gave a 2 year guarantee on the job. My only complaint is they moved back my appointment a day. Then was late the next day showing up. I had to call. Debbie is always quick at answering the phone and getting back to you.

A Storm came through and long story short I had 4 roofing companies come out to bid the job for a new roof. Scott the owner came out, explained thoroughly what needed to be done and he would be able to start in 2 weeks time. They were very professional and easy to work with and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would definitively recommend this company!!

I recently sold my home in AZ and the Buyer's inspection identified a few broken roof tiles. My realtor contacted AZ Valley Roofing to do the repairs. I was at work when they came out to do the repairs, but when I got home I had some concerns about the work they completed so I called and left a message.
Scott at AZ Valley Roofing called me back and instead of listening to my concerns and offering a solution he told me I don't know anything about roof repairs in Arizona and then threatened to sue me for slander haha so there's that.

After finding out about a personal hardship incurred by my family Scott offered to go one step further and did our repair for free! He is a wonderful person with a heart As big as his smile! Worst experience I have had with a company. The roof of my house has been leaking constantly so I decided to have someone come check it out and chose this company. Once they came out here last year, they "repaired" the leak but yet we got the leak back so we called them back, they came to check it out again and "repaired" it but yet the leak was still here the 3rd time we had them come today a whole year later still leaking worse then ever before we called them again and they came out and literally did nothing but check it out, I would not recommend anyone doing business with these people.

IM very pleased with my new roof from ARIZONA VALLEY ROOFING. The roofers worked extremely hard even with temps at 102 on May 4 2016. NO Left MESS and whole house completed in 4 days.I had 4 bids for this tile roof and I am impressed with the owner Scott who is professional ,personable and made sure I was happy with the work done before any payment was made.I will be recommending him to my neighbors here in SunCityWest who are in need of Tile roofing . I even have a GUARANTEED Workmanship by Valley Roofing for the next 12 yrs which will be a good selling point when this house is on the market

Apparently fled Colorado Springs. His biggest concern was being paid. We just received an uninterested party's opinion that his crew short - shingled us. He always had an excuse. And my wife still remembers his BO.
Update: after the work was "done," we started to have leaking. Scott said the problem was in the design of the chimney, which he said was not his problem. He charged me $100 to have one of his guys do some sloppy caulking. I ended up spending another $300 to have it properly sealed. We recently had hail damage, and the roof had to be replaced. Scott and his crew did our roof last week and they did a wonderful job!!
Scott had done a small repair for us last year so when ready to do the roof we called him.
He got us our estimate within 24 hours and had the job scheduled the next week.
His estimate was not over priced at all and his whole crew was very professional.
We own a business also, so I tend to be a little picky. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this company to anyone that was looking.
I find the comment in one of the reviews about "immigrant" workers to be very insulting and thoughtless. These

Please do not hire this guy. He is a crook. Substandard work. Thinks he can show up anytime he wants and finish when its on his terms. No complaints against him on ROC because he threatens that he will not warranty the work if its not completed on his time frame. Hire someone reputable. This guy lost his license in other states.. Also has a criminal background. Be aware. His "reviews" are probably written by himself.

I am very please with Arizona Valley Roofing. I received three estimates from different companies. I felt like the estimate from Arizona Valley Roofing was the best fit for me. I received a written estimate for the complete job. I agreed to it and he said he could get started right away. With-in a day I had my shingles on the roof and they started working the next day. Being a holiday I didn't expect that, but with rain in the forecast they started early. It was all done in two days with installation and clean up all done.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

I would not recommend this company. I called them and they came out to see the job. I asked them several times to send an estimate and they kept making excuses as to why they haven't had time to send it. They kept making stories and promises to send it "tomorrow." Finally after 2 weeks of stringing me along, they blew me off. I am assuming my job wasn't big enough for them. completely unprofessional
