We had a very bad experience with Kelly. Her reviews talk about good communication and budgeting process. We did not find this to be true. Plus, she charges up to 40% markup on both materials and labor after charging you a start-up fee and management fee! On her initial consultation she said the project could be done within our budget. After paying the start-up fee, she raised that bid to 10k more. I cannot recommend this contractor.

We have used Kelly for a couple of projects on our home for new windows a few years ago and most recently for an outdoor kitchen. She was very responsive in working up a bid for us and comes up with good ideas and alternatives to get to the finished product. She is good at communicating with us along the way so we know what to expect and when. She has a fantastic subcontractor crew for her carpentry work (Walt) to help build two new patios for us.
